Paradores
Cultural
 Paradores are a unique network of state owned hotels throughout Spain. The first Parador was founded in 1928 and today there are 93 dotted across the country.
Many are in beautifully restored historic buildings – Moorish fortresses, former convents, palaces, castles, stately homes, some in World Heritage villages, others in National Parks and mountainous areas or in idyllic coastal settings. All offer comfortable accommodation and good service. Restaurants are of a high standard with the focus on regional cuisine and excellent local wines. They range from 3* to 5* and, surprisingly, are very reasonably priced. At certain times of year they have amazing special offers!
The unique style and stunning setting of some of the Pardores, combined with their superb restaurants, make them an ideal setting for a Wedding abroad.
